DID YOU MOVE LAST YEAR?
ARE YOU ENROLLING A NEW CHILD FOR 2020-21 SCHOOL YEAR?
If you answered YES to either of the questions, your family will need to submit a new CHURCH SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM (CSEF) to the Pathways’ office for each enrolled child. By law, we are required to send the form to your local Board of Education.
Please submit one CSEF per enrolled child to the Pathways’ office by August 20, 2020.
We no longer have the CSEF online to print. Please call or come by the office if you need a new CSEF.

After registering on CheddarUp, you will have both ONLINE & OFFLINE payment options to choose from. <<Families who enrolled prior to the $125 tuition rate should carefully read the payment information listed on the payment item.>>
1.) TO PAY ONLINE: CheddarUp accepts credit/debit cards, and e-checks.
2.) TO PAY OFFLINE: Just check the option to “PAY with CASH or CHECK”, then you can choose one of these 4 payment options:
* PAY IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE: Drop by the Resource Center during THURSDAY office hours to pay with cash, check, credit/debit card, or money order. The school office will be open on Thursdays from 10am-4pm.
Don’t forget we are at the NEW LOCATION (1766 Hwy 77 in Southside, AL) as of Thursday, July 9, 2020.
* DROP PAYMENT IN THE COMMUNICATION INBOX: If you are unable to visit during Thursday office hours, first re-enroll/register your family for the new school year on the CheddarUp site (marking the “Cash or Check” option allows families to pay offline.) Then you may drop your check or money order (in a sealed envelope with the teaching parent/guardian’s full name written on the front) into the After Hours Communication/Deposit Box attached to the front wall of the new Pathways Academy Resource Center. (We strongly recommend writing “For Deposit Only” on the back of checks before dropping your envelope into the INbox.) NOTE: When looking at the building the communication boxes are located on the right at the end of the front of the building.
* PAY via POSTAL MAIL: You may mail your check or money order to the Pathways’ Resource Center: P.O. Box 411 Gadsden, AL 35902
* PAY via PAYPAL: Send your online payment to firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to receive proper credit for your tuition payment, you must provide the Teaching Parent/Guardian’s full name with the PayPal note. (Many PayPal email addresses are not identifiable.)*
*To insure proper credit is given for all OFFLINE payments, please provide parent/guardian’s full name and advise what your payment is intended for when submitting your payment.

Considering Homeschooling? We have a meeting Tuesday August 11 @ 2pm for anyone interested in more information about Homeschooling.
New Family Orientation is scheduled for August 6 & 13. If you are a newly enrolled family you will receive an email telling which date you should attend.
August 22 is our first Family Drive In Movie Night of the year. Tickets are $10 a car and we will also have concession for sale as well.
