All Graduates are held to these requirements.
Failure to turn in forms or meet deadlines may result in your child not participating in the Graduation ceremony.
2024 Graduation Deadlines
September 15, 2023
Intent to Graduate form due (you may email to
pathwaysacademy@hotmail.com)
October 3rd or 5th, 2023 (Only one meeting is required)
Mandatory Graduation Meeting (Only chance to get $25 discount)
$75 due at meeting
Parent/Guardian and Graduating Senior must be present. We will be taking a photo of each senior that night.
January 18, 2024
1.Updated DEW required
2. Update Homeschool Reporting (Grades and Attendance)
3. Cap, Gown, and Tassel order deadline (If walking at graduation)
4. All Stoles & Cords order deadline (If walking at graduation)
April 4, 2024
Graduation Exam must be on file
Remainder of graduation fee due
Slideshow photos due- ( If walking at graduation)
Graduate Information form due-( If walking at graduation)
May 2, 2024
All final grades and attendance due
Final DEW due
Diploma Request Form due
Final transcript request form due (This is to be sent to the college you have chosen to attend.)
May 21 and 23, 2024
Non- Walking graduates may pick up their diploma or diploma will be mailed for an additional $15
Last day to request transcripts until July 11th
