Pathways Academy Transcripts
If you would like to request a transcript you must do so through the link below or by filling out the request form at the office. We do not accept transcript requests by email, verbally, text, message or any other way. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we must have proof of each request to add to your file.
If you are a graduate, there is a $10 charge for each transcript sent outside of your graduation year. You will be emailed an invoice for $10 per transcript. Transcript will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Transcripts sent directly from the school are considered Official, all hand delivered transcripts are considered Unofficial.
*NOTE: Transcript Requests require 10 days’ notice during the school year (September-April) and 30 days’ notice May-August. If the request needs to be expedited, please contact Pathways Academy. The school office is closed during the months of December and June, and holidays which are posted on the school calendar.
